Hi, I’m Stephanie — and I’ve lived the hustle. I’ve worked corporate, contract, and built my own businesses from the ground up. I’ve been appreciated, overlooked, undervalued, and dismissed — and I’ve learned that a full calendar is not the same as a full life.

Q: Is this faith-based? Do I have to be a Christian to join?

This coaching is guided by a biblical perspective, but you don’t have to have it all together spiritually. If you’re curious, seeking, or simply open — there’s room for you here.

Q: I’m not in crisis. Is coaching still for me?

Absolutely. You don’t have to be falling apart to benefit. Many women come in high-functioning and just ready for more. Coaching helps you get clear on what more actually looks like for you.

Q: What if I don’t even know what I need?

That’s the most common starting point. Come as you are — we’ll work through the mental clutter together and find the thread worth pulling.

Q: What does the coaching session include?

You’ll receive a 30-minute 1-on-1 call with me where we cut through the noise, get honest about what’s actually going on, and start bringing some clarity to the decisions or season in front of you. It’s direct and personal — no fluff, no formulas. You’ll leave with a clearer head, a more settled heart, and a concrete sense of your next right step. You’ll also receive a follow-up summary with key takeaways and focused questions to keep your thinking sharp between now and your next move.

Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short “getting to know you” sheet to help me prepare and make the most of our time together.

Q: Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on where you’re going, not deep processing of the past. If you’re navigating trauma or mental health concerns, I’ll encourage you to pair this with professional counseling.
