A Little About Me
Hello there, I am so glad to greet you! Thanks so much for joining our train. Our family lives in the Minnesota River Valley just southwest of Minneapolis. Here are a few fun facts about me:
- I’m from Illinois and my hubby’s from South Carolina, which makes our 5 children billingual (cart vs. buggy, pop vs soda, garbage vs trash).
- Homeschooling is my day job of the last 22 years. I spent 15 of those years as a traveling basketball mom. I’m in my second year of bleacher-free living and still adjusting!
- In my past life, I was a technical editor, and you will be sure to find typos on this page!
I am also consumed with Epicure and its applications in every season of life. I am looking forward to bringing more peace to your mealtime.
