A little about me

Hi, I’m Stephanie—a homeschooling mom of five with 22+ years of “fly-by-the-seat-of-your-prayers” experience.

I’ve homeschooled through crisis, cancer, graduation, and God’s incredible grace.

We’ve tried just about every method and style of homeschooling… and done it in the midst of traveling basketball, summer missionary work, rigorous stage productions and dance schedules, DoorDashing, home-based businesses, and just about every hobby, pet, and extracurricular imaginable! What I’ve discovered is that homeschooling isn’t about finding the ‘perfect’ method—it’s about finding grace and joy in the season you’re in.

We’ve done this life with every learner in the mix: visual, auditory, kinesthetic. Let’s throw in some other family diagnoses and labels: Asperger’s, giftedness, ADHD, and thyroid disease!

I’ve watched my children grow not just into scholars, but into solid, kind-hearted people.

I believe in character before curriculum, joy over perfection, and the transformative power of God’s Word at the simplest level.

Q: Is this coaching for new or seasoned homeschoolers?

Both! I’ve worked with moms just beginning their journey and others deep in the trenches. Whether you’re feeling unsure or just need fresh encouragement, there’s room for you here.

Q: Do we talk about curriculum choices or lesson planning?

Sometimes, but that’s not the main focus. I am not here to prescribe a method—I am here to help you get to the heart of why you homeschool and how to thrive while doing it. If you need practical input, I can offer suggestions, but the priority is your mindset, heart, and spiritual renewal.

Q: I’m not very “put together.” Is this for moms who already have it figured out?

Oh dear friend, not at all. I’m here for the mom who feels messy, tired, behind, or unsure. You don’t need to be “ready”—just willing to show up as you are. I’ll meet you there.

Q: What does the free trial include?

You’ll receive a 30-minute 1-on-1 call with me where we check in on your heart, talk through what’s weighing on you, and walk through Scriptural encouragement and practical steps forward. It’s informal and personal. You’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and spiritually refreshed. You’ll also receive a follow-up summary with thoughtful considerations for infusing life and joy into your homeschool days.

Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short “getting to know you” sheet to help me prepare and make the most of our time together.

Q: Is this a Bible study or a coaching session?

This is a coaching session, first and foremost—but it’s guided by a biblical perspective. I may gently inquire about your prayer life, spiritual habits, or what God might be doing in your current season, but only in an effort to better understand you. It’s not a Bible study or teaching time. Think of it as personal coaching with Scripture-based insight and soul care woven in. The goal is to help you move forward in your homeschooling with confidence, clarity, grace, and peace.

Q: I’m overwhelmed. What if I don’t even know what I need?

That’s totally okay—and honestly, pretty normal. You don’t need to come with a list. Just come as you are. We’ll talk through what’s on your heart, and I’ll help you sort through the mental clutter and get back on the road to peace and clarity.

Q: What if I’m not super spiritual? Will I feel out of place?

Nope. If you’re curious about God, desiring spiritual growth, or even feeling disconnected from Him—I welcome you with open arms. This space is about encouragement and renewal, not perfection or performance.

Q: Do you offer group coaching or just one-on-one?

Right now, I offer one-on-one coaching to keep it personal and intentional. In the future, I may open group encouragement circles or virtual retreats. Let me know if you’re interested!

Q: Can I bring a friend to my session or gift one to someone else?

If you know another mom who could use this kind of soul care, you’re welcome to share the special offer with her. Just have her fill out the booking form separately. Your time is just for you!

Q: How do I know if this is worth my time?

If you’re craving encouragement, a fresh perspective, and some space to hear your own thoughts and from God—then this time is for you. Moms often tell me they leave lighter, more focused, and reminded of their purpose. You give so much to others… this is time for you.
